Hesabına giriş yapabiliyorsan en hızlı ve güvenli yöntem uygulama içindeki hesap silme seçeneğidir.

Uygulamaya veya hesabına erişemiyorsan

Dijion Google Play geliştirici sayfasındaki iletişim/destek kanalını aç ve konuya “Astrovia hesap silme talebi” yaz. Talebinde yalnızca hesapta kullandığın e-posta adresini belirt; doğum bilgisi, günlük içeriği, parola veya ödeme kartı bilgisi gönderme.

Hesabın sana ait olduğunu korumak için makul bir doğrulama isteyebiliriz. Doğrulama tamamlandığında silme talebi işleme alınır.

Silinen hesap ve veri türleri

Hesap silme işlemi, Astrovia tarafından yönetilen ve kullanıcı hesabıyla ilişkilendirilebilen aşağıdaki aktif verileri kapsar:

• Kimlik doğrulama hesabı ve Firebase kullanıcı kimliği.
• Profil, doğum bilgileri, harita verileri, tercihler ve bildirim cihaz anahtarları.
• Günlük kayıtları ile yüklenen günlük görselleri.
• Kaydedilen içerikler, kişisel yorumlar ve oluşturulan raporlar.
• Eklenen ilişki profilleri, uyum ve sinastri sonuçları.
• Astro Asistan konuşmaları ve hesapla ilişkili sohbet geçmişi.
• Premium yetki aynası ve hesapla bağlantılı satın alma indeksleri.

Silme kilidi etkinleştiği anda hesap için yeni AI isteği ve planlı kişisel yorum üretimi engellenir. Aktif sistemlerden silme hemen başlar; dağıtılmış altyapı ve yedeklerdeki kopyalar normal silme döngüsü içinde sona erer veya aktif erişimden yalıtılır.

Saklanabilecek sınırlı kayıtlar

Google Play veya diğer mağazalar, satın alma ve ödeme kayıtlarını kendi yasal/saklama kurallarına göre tutabilir. Dijion da dolandırıcılığı önleme, güvenlik, vergi, muhasebe veya hukuki yükümlülükler için zorunlu olan en az miktarda işlemsel kaydı gerekli süre boyunca saklayabilir. Bu kayıtlar ürün kişiselleştirmesi veya yeni yorum üretimi için kullanılmaz.

Önemli: mağaza aboneliğini ayrıca iptal et

Astrovia hesabını silmek, Google Play veya App Store aboneliğini her durumda otomatik iptal etmeyebilir. Yinelenen ücreti durdurmak için silme işleminden önce aboneliğini mağaza hesap ayarlarından iptal et. İptal ve iade koşulları mağaza tarafından yönetilir.

Delete your account in the app

If you can sign in, the fastest and most secure method is the account-deletion option inside Astrovia.

If you cannot access the app or account

Open the contact/support channel on the Dijion Google Play developer page and use the subject “Astrovia account deletion request.” Provide only the email address used for the account. Do not send birth information, journal content, a password, or payment-card data.

We may request reasonable verification to protect your account. Once verification is complete, the deletion request is processed.

Account and data types deleted

Deletion covers these active data types managed by Astrovia and linked to the user account:

• Authentication account and Firebase user identifier.
• Profile, birth details, chart data, preferences, and notification device tokens.
• Journal entries and uploaded journal images.
• Saved content, personal readings, and generated reports.
• Relationship profiles, compatibility, and synastry results.
• Astro Assistant conversations and account-linked chat history.
• Premium entitlement mirror and account-linked purchase indexes.

Once the deletion lock is active, new AI requests and scheduled personal-reading generation for the account are blocked. Deletion from active systems starts immediately; copies in distributed infrastructure and backups expire through normal deletion cycles or are isolated from active access.

Limited records that may be retained

Google Play or other stores may retain purchase and payment records under their legal and retention rules. Dijion may retain the minimum transactional record required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal obligations for the necessary period. Such records are not used for product personalization or new reading generation.

Important: cancel your store subscription separately

Deleting your Astrovia account may not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel through store account settings before deletion. The store manages cancellation and refund terms.
