DIJION / Design & engineering
Design and engineering together
Treating clarity, accessibility and reliability as connected decisions in mobile experiences.
A shared goal: the user’s task
Dijion focuses on its own mobile applications and games. Design helps someone understand what will happen; engineering makes that behavior dependable. Both contribute to the same flow.
Design the states as well as the screen
What happens after a tap matters as much as a button’s appearance. Pending, successful, failed and unconfirmed operations are different states. Their message, available actions and data behavior should be decided together.
Scroll the table horizontally to see all columns.
| State | Information | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Sending | Work is in progress | Limit duplicate submissions |
| Success | The operation completed | Offer a useful next step |
| Failure | Explain what can be corrected | Keep input and offer recovery |
| Unconfirmed | The outcome could not be verified | Check status before retrying |
Make accessibility part of everyday decisions
Readable text, sufficient contrast, clear labels and cues beyond color help different people follow an experience. Passing an automated check alone does not prove that a product is accessible to everyone. Real tasks and platform accessibility tools need separate attention.
Make quality concrete
Combining device, connection, data and interruption conditions for a critical flow helps uncover designs that only work in ideal situations. Studio Notes provides examples and practical tables for this approach.
